1. The first meeting - is used to assess :-
   • the needs you have for a web site
   • the purpose of your web site
   • the different audiences of your website
   • the requiremnets of your web site
   • the availability of your domain name
   • the content required for your web site
     
     
2. The second meeting - you will be given a proposal for the development of your web site. This will include :-
   • an outline of what was discussed in the first meeting
   • a quote for the design and implementation of your web site
   • a time frame for the design and implementation of your web site
   • a story board for your web site
   • a proposed design and layout of your web site
   • a copy of the contract to be signed to start the web site creation process
   • at this stage a copy of the content you require on you web site is to be made available to WCWD
   • NOTE: If domain name registration & web hosting are required they must be paid for in full when the contract with WCWD is signed.
     
     
3. The third meeting - is the first check point for the design of your web page. WCWD will show you the design of your web page so far. This will need to be signed off with your approval before proceeding (this is to insure that there is no confusion of your design needs).
   Your domain name registration and web hosting will also be set up at this stage.
   
   
4. The fourth meeting - by this stage your web page will be completed. You will need to go through each page of the site to ensure that they meet your requirements.Any changes that you have requested will be made at this stage.
   
   
5. The fifth meeting - your web site will uploaded to the internet and your web site details will be submitted to search engines aound the world.You will need to sign off that the web site meets all the requirments you stated and final payment will be required.
   
   
6. The sixth meeting - This is a follow up meeting to make sure that you are 100% happy with your web site.
