Tutoring

With 1-to-1 tutoring children do not feel the pressure to compete with others.  They are not made to feel embarrassed if they don’t know something or got something wrong. The way we teach is to make children understand that when they get something wrong or they don’t understand, then that is an area they need to work harder to grasp and understand.
Its good to ask questions.  Your child gets to ask as many questions as they need to – to understand.
Students want tutoring for different reasons:

  • Because they have fallen behind and sometimes their self esteem has been affected.
  • We aim to build their self esteem and academic confidence providing them with the tools they need to be independent learners again.
  • Students may want to prepare for Naplan and Opportunity Class exams.
  •  Students may enjoy the challenge of extending their academic abilities to complement what they learn in school – and be taken to the next level.

What ever you need we will work with you and your child to ensure your childs happiness and success.
